Honeywell’s HFO blended refrigerants combine low or reduced global warming potential refrigerants with increased energy efficiency.
Solstice® N71 (R-471A) is the only < 150 GWP, non-flammable HFO refrigerant blend for new equipment in medium temperature applications. It is 13% more energy efficient as compared to R-404A and 30% more energy efficient compared with CO2.
Solstice® L40X (R-455A) is a mildly flammable, zeotropic blend designed to serve as an alternative for low-, medium- and high-temperature applications in new systems. It has a low global-warming-potential (GWP) of only 145.
Solstice® 454B (R-454B) is a non-ozone-depleting, zeotropic blend designed as a low GWP alternative to R-410A in comfort air cooling and reversible heating applications.
Solstice® N40 (R-448A) is a nonflammable, reduced-GWP HFO blend for new supermarkets or R-404A retrofits, especially low- and medium-temp refrigeration. It has a GWP of 1273 and provides 68% GWP reduction compared to R404A.
Solstice® N15 (R-515B) is a nonflammable azeotropic blend designed for medium-temperature commercial refrigeration and high-temperature cooling systems. It's reduced GWP is 77% lower than R-134a. Equal efficiency as compared to R-134a.
Solstice® 513A is a non-ozone depleting, low global warming potential (GWP) hydrofluoroolefin (HFO)- based refrigerant developed to replace R-134a.
Solstice® 454C (R-454C) is a non-ozone depleting, zeotropic blend designed as a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) alternative to R-404A in refrigeration applications and also offers fossil-free residential heating with a below 150 GWP refrigerant.
Solstice® 452A (R-452A) is a non-ozone-depleting, nonflammable, zeotropic blend designed to serve as a lower global-warming-potential (GWP) alternative to R-404A and R-507 for low- and medium-temperature applications in existing and new systems.
